- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread 1/4 cup pizza sauce on top.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add pepperoni slices and a pinch of Italian seasoning.
- Top with another tortilla and press down gently.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
- Slice into wedges and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use pre-shredded cheese for quicker prep.
- Add other toppings like bell peppers or mushrooms if desired.
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
