Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, combine sugar substitute, applesauce, vanilla, water, and vinegar.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased 8-inch cake pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
