A moist and flavorful banana bread swirled with cinnamon sugar for a delicious twist on the classic recipe.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Add baking soda, salt, and flour. Stir until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Pour half the batter into the loaf pan. Sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar mixture over it.
- Add remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for best flavor.
- Check bread at 50 minutes to prevent over-baking.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
