- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Drop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Flatten each spoonful into a thin, even circle.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use full-fat cottage cheese for extra crispiness.
- Add herbs like rosemary or paprika for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
