Description

A rich and creamy pasta dish with tender chicken, crispy bacon, and a smooth ranch sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 2 chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 6 slices bacon (chopped)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink (5-6 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  4. Reduce heat to low. Add heavy cream, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
  5. Return chicken and bacon to the skillet. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
  6. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and mix well. Garnish with parsley before serving.
