Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 6 slices bacon (chopped)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink (5-6 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Reduce heat to low. Add heavy cream, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Return chicken and bacon to the skillet. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and mix well. Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker version.
- Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
