A creamy and tangy twist on classic macaroni salad with the rich flavor of deviled eggs.
Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and cooled
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add cooked macaroni, chopped eggs, celery, and red onion to the bowl.
- Gently toss until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and additional paprika if desired.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For extra creaminess, add an extra tablespoon of mayonnaise.
- Adjust mustard and vinegar to taste for preferred tanginess.
- Best served chilled.
