Description

A creamy and tangy twist on classic macaroni salad with the rich flavor of deviled eggs.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and cooled
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add cooked macaroni, chopped eggs, celery, and red onion to the bowl.
  3. Gently toss until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and additional paprika if desired.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, add an extra tablespoon of mayonnaise.
  • Adjust mustard and vinegar to taste for preferred tanginess.
