Description
A quick and easy homemade version of Panda Express Chow Mein ready in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients

- 8 oz chow mein noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic, cabbage, celery, and onion. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet.
- Pour soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper over the noodles. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use pre-shredded cabbage to save time.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste if you prefer saltier or milder flavor.
- Add cooked chicken, beef, or shrimp for extra protein.
