Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken and chopped cauliflower.
  3. Add heavy cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the dish.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
