- 500g mushrooms, cleaned and halved
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Toss the mushrooms in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the mushrooms on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until tender and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use any mushroom variety, but button or cremini work best.
- Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
- Serve hot as a side or appetizer.
