Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Toss the mushrooms in the mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mushrooms on a baking sheet in a single layer.
