- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, red onion, celery, pickles, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooled macaroni and toss until well combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier salad, add an extra tablespoon of mayonnaise.
