- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz whole wheat pasta
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Slice into strips.
- In a bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Toss cooked pasta with the tomato mixture.
- Top with grilled chicken slices and serve warm.
