Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground chicken or turkey and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables soften.
- Remove from heat and stir in rice vinegar.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
