- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Stir in garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
- Reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Toss until well coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
