- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger to the pan. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
- Pour sauce over the chicken and broccoli. Stir to coat evenly.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a separate bowl, then add to the pan. Stir until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh broccoli for the best texture.
- Adjust honey and soy sauce to taste for desired sweetness and saltiness.
- Serve over rice or noodles if preferred.
