Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add garlic and ginger to the pan. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  5. Pour sauce over the chicken and broccoli. Stir to coat evenly.
  6. Mix cornstarch and water in a separate bowl, then add to the pan. Stir until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
