- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (ciliegine)
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a bowl, mix pesto, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Add cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella to the bowl.
- Toss gently until evenly coated.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
