Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut zucchinis into fry-shaped pieces.
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and salt in a bowl.
- Dip zucchini fries in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

- For a dairy-free version, skip Parmesan or use nutritional yeast.
