Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix oats, almond flour, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Add honey, applesauce, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Fold in chopped almonds and dried cranberries.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges turn golden brown.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
