Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 1 package (16 oz) gnocchi
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan (optional)
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
  2. Toss tofu with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake tofu at 400°F for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions.
  5. Combine crispy tofu with gnocchi and top with Parmesan and fresh basil.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, air-fry tofu at 375°F for 12 minutes.
  • Use gluten-free gnocchi if needed.
  • Add red pepper flakes for spice.
