Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cabbage
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. Cut cabbage into 1-inch thick steaks
  3. Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl
  4. Brush mixture on both sides of cabbage steaks
  5. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  6. Roast for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden brown
  7. Flip halfway through cooking
  8. Serve warm
