Ingredients

- 1 medium head of cabbage
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Cut cabbage into 1-inch thick steaks
- Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl
- Brush mixture on both sides of cabbage steaks
- Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden brown
- Flip halfway through cooking
- Serve warm
