- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, oats, egg, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Add baking powder and chocolate chips, then stir well.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use any flavor of protein powder.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For a vegan option, replace egg with a flax egg.
