- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add bok choy and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and red pepper flakes, cook for another minute.
- Serve immediately.
