Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Add almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, sweetener, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour batter into the pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before slicing. Serve fresh.
