Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add plant-based milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour batter onto the pan to form pancakes.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the pancakes.
- Flip pancakes when bubbles form on top.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
