- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Mix in soy sauce, maple syrup, and sesame oil.
- Toss cooked noodles in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Garnish with green onions and red pepper flakes if desired.

- Adjust soy sauce and maple syrup to taste.
- For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms or tofu.
