Description

A moist and delicious banana bread that’s both vegan and gluten-free. Perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups gluten-free flour blend
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  3. Add gluten-free flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir well.
  4. Pour in almond milk and mix until smooth.
  5. Transfer batter to the loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes.
  6. Let cool before slicing.
